[wwwcvs] To the french translators [pf/fr/filter.html misconception]

Hi,

I was reading pf/fr/filter.html and I saw that you translated
"source-track rule" ("rule" is an option, see pf.conf(5)) as
"règle source-track", which is wrong.

I don't know how to fix all the sentence in your language...
